Design price depends on 2 factors, FLOOR AREA & COMPLEXITY
Note: For floor area <=200m2, the minimum price is 4,000,000 VND/ 1 set of Electricity and Water documents

COMPLEXITY ASSESSMENT
(The complexity depends largely on the architectural and interior functions)
Medium:
- There are 2-3 different types of restrooms.
- The location of manholes, septic tanks, and underground water tanks has been determined.
- Basic electrical layout: lighting, sockets, clear switches.
- Electrical and water equipment is mainly used for normal living.
Complicated:
- There are 3–5 different types of restrooms.
- Manhole, underground water tank, septic tank not clearly identified.
- Electrical layout of different functional areas.
- Has medium capacity equipment (air conditioner, pump, home elevator).
- Lightning protection required, information
Very complicated:
- Over 5 types of bathrooms, multiple blocks or basements.
- Complex water supply/drainage system.
- Arrange lighting of many types (decorative, garden, swimming pool…).
- Many large capacity devices (central air conditioners, elevators,...).
- Multi-storey buildings require careful load and safety calculations.
